Martin D. Beier - Director

Martin D. Beier, Esq. is a Director at Silver & DeBoskey. He is a graduate of the University of California, Riverside (B.A., summa cum laude, 1987) and the University of Pennsylvania Law School (J.D., cum laude, 1990), where he was an associate and third-year editor of the University of Pennsylvania Law Review. He served for two years as clerk for Chief Judge William J. Holloway, Jr., United States Court of Appeals, Tenth Circuit. He is a speaker appearing throughout the Denver metropolitan area for the Our Courts program of the Colorado Bar Association, is an active member of the Metro Volunteer Lawyers Program which provides legal services to indigent clients, and has served on the Board of Directors for Colorado CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates), as Board Chair and chairman of various board committees. Earlier in his career, he was appointed to assist indigent criminal defendants under the Criminal Justice Act, and served as appointed counsel for a Texas death row inmate. Currently, his practice areas include complex commercial and real estate litigation, appellate proceedings, appraisal malpractice, employment and school law.
