Victoria E. Lovato, Esq. is an Associate at Silver & DeBoskey. Ms. Lovato joined Silver & DeBoskey in January of 2007 after serving three years as General Counsel to the Board of Medical Examiners through the Colorado Attorney General's Office. Ms. Lovato is a graduate of Colorado College (B.A., 1990) and the Arizona State University College of Law (J.D., cum laude, 1997), where she served as Managing Editor of the Arizona State Law Journal. In more than eight years of practicing law, Ms. Lovato has provided a broad range of legal services to individuals, institution and business clients in both Colorado and Arizona. Her practice at Silver & DeBoskey focuses on representation of health care professionals and legal professionals in complex civil litigation and health care matters, including regulatory and disciplinary matters. Ms. Lovato served as President of the Colorado Hispanic Bar Association in 2005 and is an active member of the Colorado, Denver, Colorado Hispanic, Hispanic National and Colorado Women's Bar Associations.
