Nicholas E. Mitchell, Esq. is an associate at Silver & DeBoskey. He is a graduate of the Fordham University School of Law, NY (J.D. 2007) and The Evergreen State College, WA (B.A. 1998). Before joining Silver & DeBoskey, Mr. Mitchell was a litigator with a large international law firm, where he focused on complex federal and state civil litigation. Mr. Mitchell also interned with the United States Attorney's Office, E.D.N.Y. and worked as an investigator for New York City Civilian Complaint Review Board prior to law school. Mr. Mitchell is a past Co-chair of the ABA White Collar Crime Committee Newsletter, is fluent in Spanish, and holds a Secret Security Clearance. Mr. Mitchell maintains an active litigation practice at Silver & DeBoskey focusing on complex commercial, real estate, and employment matters.
