Martin D. Beier, Esq. is a director at Silver & DeBoskey. He is a graduate of the University of California, Riverside (B.A., summa cum laude, 1987) and the University of Pennsylvania Law School (J.D., cum laude, 1990), where he was an associate and third-year editor of the University of Pennsylvania Law Review. He served for two years as clerk for Chief Judge William J. Holloway, Jr., United States Court of Appeals, Tenth Circuit. His practice areas include complex commercial and real estate litigation, appellate proceedings and school law. He serves as a member of the Board of Directors for Colorado CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates), and is chairman of Colorado CASA's Quality Assurance Committee. He has been appointed to assist indigent criminal defendants under the Criminal Justice Act, has served as appointed counsel for a Texas death row inmate, and provides pro bono services on children-related issues and other matters referred by the Denver Bar Association's Metro Volunteer Lawyers program.
