Laura J. Osborne, Esq. is Of Counsel at Silver & DeBoskey. Having practiced at the firm for a number of years, she now does so remotely from her home office in Louisiana. Ms. Osborne has a broad range of corporate and transactional experience throughout the United States, primarily in the fields of real estate development and finance. Her real estate work has been on behalf of developers, in connection with which she has been involved in acquisition, platting, subdivision, financing, association and title curative issues. In matters of finance, she has represented institutional lenders and investors, involving both public and private financing packages, in a broad range of categories and industries. She is a graduate of the University of Denver College of Law (J.D., 1992), where she was a managing editor of the Water Court Reporter, and the University of Colorado (J.D., magna cum laude, 1989). She previously clerked for The Honorable Daniel M. Taubman, Colorado Court of Appeals, and the areas of her emphasis involve exclusively transactional matters.
