Kelly A. Murphy, Esq. is an associate at Silver & DeBoskey. Ms. Murphy is a graduate of the University of Colorado School of Law (J.D. 2005) and the University of Michigan (B.A. 1987). Before joining Silver & DeBoskey, Ms. Murphy was a Deputy District Attorney for the 20th Judicial District Attorney's Office, where she tried numerous cases to jury verdict. Prior to that, she conducted civil litigation in state and federal courts for a large, Denver-based national law firm and clerked for the Honorable Michael Bender, Colorado Supreme Court. During law school, Ms. Murphy interned with the Honorable John Kane, United States District Court for the District of Colorado and clerked for the U.S. Department of Justice. Before attending law school, she was a marketing and public relations professional for several large companies. Ms. Murphy joined the firm in 2011 as a trial attorney whose practice emphasizes commercial litigation. Ms. Murphy is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the District of Colorado as well as the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals.
