James W. Owens, Jr., Esq. is an Associate at Silver & DeBoskey. Mr. Owens joined Silver & DeBoskey in September of 2003. After graduating with honors from the University of Notre Dame (B.A., 1991), Mr. Owens earned his J.D. in 1994 from the University of Wyoming College of Law, where he served on the editorial board of the Land & Water Law Review. In more than thirteen years of practicing law, Mr. Owens has provided a broad range of legal services to individual, institutional and business clients in both Colorado and Wyoming.
